We all have goals and dreams, and things we want to improve. You want to sell more homes, increase your income from each home sold, lose weight, increase natural energy, get tougher mentally, improve your relationship with your spouse or your kids. But how much progress can you really make in a few months?
In my case, quite a lot. After completing the 75 Hard challenge, which is 75 days long, I made a huge physical transformation. I lost 17 pounds, burned off a ton of body fat, gained a ton of strength and muscle, and got my six pack back that I haven't seen since high school :) But where I REALLY saw massive improvement?
My confidence, discipline, and mental toughness... and the relationship between my wife and I. Absolutely massive improvements in just 75 short days.
