When I first became a real estate agent 16 years ago, I didn't have a clue what I was doing. I knew nothing about anything! But if I had the chance to start over from scratch today, there are very few things I'd actually do the same. I would build a completely different business from day one, because I've learned what is actually important and what isn't.
